Personal Training

So New Year’s has come and gone, and most likely so have the resolutions you made to get in shape. Just because you’ve been to the gym twice (and that was on January 2nd and 3rd), that does not mean that all hope is lost! The questions you were asking on December 31st still deserve an honest answer, so let’s revisit it:

Is the body that you DO have the body you SHOULD have?

Really.

Look at yourself and honestly answer, “Is this the body that you should have, or is it just the body that you do have?” There is most likely a vast difference between the two. The body that you should have is lean, muscular, functional and healthy. Maybe the body you do have is having a hard time getting around, climbing stairs, chasing your children, unloading your groceries or making it through the day without needing a nap. Maybe the body you do have is in pretty good shape, but it needs something else to get that edge. Maybe you just want to look good nekid. Whatever your motivation, if you are tired of going to the gym and doing the same 3 sets of 10 that you’ve always done, or running for endless miles on the treadmill only to be in exactly the same place you were when you started, or just plain tired and you can’t stand it any more and you are ready for a serious change, today is your day!

By training with one of the coaches at Crossfit Lancaster, you gain access to a 4,000 square foot private gym equipped with everything that you will ever need to build strength, increase flexibility and improve your endurance and stamina. You’ll be taught how to become agile, accurate, balanced and coordinated. The body you do have will become the LEAN, STRONG and FAST body that you should have. Not only that, you’ll receive the nutritional guidance you need to fuel this strong and fast body and the tools to maintain it. We have coaches that specialize in weight loss, building muscle, preparing for specific sports like football, lacrosse, soccer, cycling or track. We also have a female coach who is great working with women… The bottom line is that whatever your goal, we can help you get there.

How is this different than coming to the CrossFit WODs? The primary goal for our one-on-one clients is the same as the group sessions; to become lean, strong and fast. The difference is in the individualized attention and programming designed exactly for you and you alone. We will still make you sweat a lot, do things you never thought you could possibly do and push the limits of your comfort zone, but you’ll be doing all that away from the larger group classes. You will still work out more intensely in one 20 minute workout with the coaches here than you will in the next 20 days at your gym. Why? Because that is what works. Period. We are not the types of personal trainers to hold a clipboard and count to 10 for our athletes. If you can read this, then you can hold your own clipboard and count to 10 all by yourself. We are here to work with people who are serious about getting their body and their entire life on the track it should be on. If that is something that you are interested in pursuing, we would love to hear from you. Call or send us an email with your name and contact information and we will work out a time to get together.

We hope to hear from you soon, because that means that you are ready to Become What You Are, and that’s exciting!
