Barbell: 9 Minute EMOM,

  • 1 Clean
  • 3 Front Squats

You may squat clean the first one. Use 75% of your Front Squat Weight

WOD:  15-12-9

  • Power Snatch (115/75)
  • Box Jump (24/20)
  • Burpee
