Barbells: Push Jerk,  5×5. Warm up sufficiently, use the same weight for all 5 sets.

WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP of

  • 8 Front rack weighted 20″ box step ups (115/75)
  • 8 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
