Barbell:  Squat Snatch, 5-4-3-2-1-1-1.  Get heavier each set, and shoot for the first single to be your current PR or very close to it. Then, go for broke! These do need to be Squat Snatches! Your hip crease must pass below the top of your knees…

WOD: 8 RFT

  • 10 Power Snatches (50% of the heaviest you were able to snatch today)
  • 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
  • Rest 1:30
