Barbell: 9 minute EMOM, 1 squat clean and 2 Front Squats with 85% of your 3RM front squat

WOD: In 12 mins do:

  • 5 Wall Walk Ups buy in,

then in the remaining time AMRAP of:

  • 15 Push-up (hand release)s
  • 15 Weighted Sit-ups, 24/16 kg
  • 30 Double Unders
