1/23/14 WOD


There is a 2 hour delay for Hempfield, so unless at least 2 people pinky-swear they will be there at the 5:45, we’re gonna open at 7:00AM.

Barbell: Deadlift 5-5-5. Try to use the same weight you used last week for your 3-3-3.

WOD: Death By KB Snatches,

  • 1 KB snatch minute One
  • 2 KBS’s minute two…
  • Here’s the kick in the teeth: push ups in the remaining time left in the minute. Your score is how many minutes you lasted PLUS how many push ups you did.
