Remember! Braced and Neutral DOES NOT MEAN Arch Harder

VC 2: Presses.  5×10 Push ups. If  you are able to do all 5 sets with excellent form, start subtracting 1 set of Push ups and working towards sets of 5 HSPU’s.

Barbell: Deadlift, 3×3 at 85% of your 3RM. These should be touch and go. If you cannot maintain a braced and neutral spine through all 3 reps, you are doing too much weight. Do less better!

WOD: For Reps

  • 2 Minutes max rep bench press (135/65)
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 2 Minutes max rep Double Unders
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 2 Minutes Max rep wall ball sit-up
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 2 Minutes Max Reps Bicep Curls (65/33)
