Warm up, VC Day 3…

Barbell: Front Squat, 3×3 at 90% of your 3RM.  Use the same weight for all 3 sets.

WOD:

  • AMRAP  in 10 mins of:
    • 5 Strict Pull-ups
    • 10 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
    • 15 Double Unders (Unbroken)s
  • Then rest 3 minutes, then…
  • do what coach says…
