You have all done a great job so far this week!  Today is the last non-oly tests. However, if you want to test your 1RM Snatch and Clean and Jerk, Saturday is your day…

Warm up: In addition to the Coach’s prescribed warm up, today we’re back to VC2; Pressing. If you were able to get through 3x 30 second plank holds, start by now doing 5 sets of 10 pushups.

Test: Strict Press. 20 minutes to find your 3RM

WOD,  21-15-9:

  • Deadlifts (135/95)
  • Lateral Burpees
