Remember, just the 9, noon and 6:30 today, and just the 9 and Nooner on New Year’s Eve…

Barbell: Back Squat, 5×3, get heavier each set.

WOD: 15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:

  • Chest to bar pull-up
  • 135 pound Clean and jerk
  • Push-up
