Barbell:

  1. Front Squats: 4×6
  2. Push Jerk: 5-4-3-2-1. Try to get heavier than you did last week.

WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP of

  • 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
