Barbell: Bench Press, Rest 1 min between sets.

  • 1×12 at 50% 1RM
  • 1×10 at 60%1RM
  • 1×8 at 70% 1RM
  • 1×6 at 80% 1RM
  • 1×12 at 70% 1RM
  • then Max Reps Push ups IMMEDIATELY after your final set of 12

WOD: “Karen”

  • 150 wall balls (20/14lbs)
