Barbell: 12 Minute EMOM of

  • 3 Squat Snatches (65% of your 1RM) on the odd minutes  (1,3,5,7,9, and 11)
  • 3 HSPU’s on the even minutes (2,4,6,8,10, and 12)

WOD: AMRAP in 12 mins of:

  • 10 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
  • 20 Weighted AbMat Sit-ups, 24/16 kg
  • 30 Walking Lunge Kettlebell Overheads,
  • 24/16 kg 40 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
