Don’t sweat what somebody else has on the bar, as long as YOU have more on it than you did last time!

Barbell:

a) Front squat, 3×8 at 75% of your 1RM

b) Strict Press, 4×7 at 60% of your 1RM

WOD: For time:

  • 10-1 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 1-10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
