I cannot even begin to tell you how excited the coaches are for the next few months of programming we’ve got in store! Competitors, you’ll have some extra work to do, make sure that you reach out to Coach Matt for it!

Lets make the time between Thanksgiving and the New Year’s Eve the best 5 weeks of your year, not the worst (like it usually is, for everybody, every year).



a) Squat Snatch: 3-3-3-3.  Warm up, then get heavy

b) Back Squat: 3 sets of 7, all 3 at 75% of your 1RM.

WOD: AMRAP in 10 mins of

  • 15 AbMat Sit-ups
  • 7 Pull-ups
