Todays Schedule: The Gym will be open at 3:00, and we’ll have one WOD at 6:00PM.
WOD: As many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:
- 200 yd Run
- 2 Turkish Get-up, Right Arms
- 2 Turkish Get-up, Left Arms 20 kg
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Pull-ups
- 30 Goblet Squats 20 kg Post total rounds.
