So, maybe you still ate too much yesterday. Here’s your chance to burn some of that off:

Todays Schedule: The Gym will be open at 3:00, and we’ll have one WOD at 6:00PM.

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:

  • 200 yd Run
  • 2 Turkish Get-up, Right Arms
  • 2 Turkish Get-up, Left Arms 20 kg
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 30 Goblet Squats 20 kg Post total rounds.
