Barbell: Power Cleans, 5-5-5-3-3-2-1-1-1. Try to make your first single your current 1RM

WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP

  • 5 Deadlifts (use the heaviest weight you were able to clean today)
  • 15 Push ups
  • 30 Double unders
