Barbell:  Front Squats, 2×2 at 80%, 2×1 at 85%, 2×1 at 90%

WOD: 3 Rounds For Time:

  • 14 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20″/24″)
  • 21 Pull Ups
  • 50′ Handstand Walk (or 100′ Bear Crawl)
