Lynne: 5 Rounds for total reps
- Max Rep Bench Press (bodyweight for men, 65% Bodyweight for women)
- Max reps unbroken pull ups.
If you have done Lynne in the past as Rx’d and scored better than 220 reps, you should then either add 20lbs to the bench press OR replace the pull ups with Muscle ups. If you have scored more than 250 reps, do both.
This WOD is not timed, so go into it with a plan in mind of how many reps of each movement you are going to get, then FIGHT LIKE HELL to get each and every one of them.
