Barbell:  We’ve got a bit of a heavy clean complex today. 1 rep = 1 Power Clean, 1 High Hang Power clean, and 1 High Hang Squat Clean.

  • 3x at 70% of your Squat Clean 1RM
  • 3x at 75%
  • 2x at 80%
  • 1x at 85-90%.

WOD: 5 Rounds for Time

  • 20 1 arm Kettlebell swings (20/16) *Comps: KB Snatches, 24/16
  • 20 Sit ups
