- 20 Pull-ups EACH while partner holds (135/95) over head
- 40 Alternating box jumps EACH
- 40 Wall ball shots EACH (20/14) while partner holds chin over bar (if your chin isn’t over the bar, no wall balls!)
- 40 Push-Ups EACH while partner holds straight arm planks (if you’re not holding the plank, no push ups!)
- 40 power cleans (135/95) TOTAL!
Oh yeah, I should probably mention that at the beginning of each round and at the top of every even minute on the minute both partners must stop and do 5 burpees each. They can be done at the same time, so they’ve got that going for them…
