Barbell: Split Jerk Practice. 5 at 55%, 5 at 60%, 3 at 65%, 2 at 70%,  3 sets of 2 at 75%

WOD: Open WOD 11.5,  AMRAP in 20 mins of

  • 5 Power Cleans, 145/105 lbs
  • 10 Toes To Bars
  • 15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

I know, two 20 minute WODs, 2 days in a row. It’s almost like there’s a hole in our fitness that shows up someplace around 15 minutes that we’re trying to fill before the Open is upon us…
