Barbell: Back Squats, 5×2.  Use the same weight for all 5 sets…

WOD (Crossfit and Enduro’s), 9 Minute AMRAP of

  • 4 Burpee Chest-to-Bar to Toe-to-Bars
  • 15 UNBROKEN double unders

WOD (Competitors):

  • 4 Burpee Ground Ups (Burpee+Chest-to-Bar+Toes-to-Bar+Bar Muscle Up)
  • 25 UNBROKEN Double unders

WOD (Beginners)

  • 4 Burpee Pull-ups
  • 1o Double Unders
