Barbell (CF, Comp, Enduros and Beginners) 12-10-8-6-12 Bench press

  • get heavier each set until the final set
  • Only rest 1 Minute in between sets
  • for the 12th set, go back to the weight you used for your 8 set
  • immediately after you finish you final set, do one max rep set of push ups

WOD: (Crossfit) 5 RFT

  • 3 Deadlifts (285/205)
  • 6 HSPU
  • 200 Meter Run

WOD: Competitors: AMRAP in 12 Minutes

  • 3 Deadlifts (315/225)
  • 6 HSPU
  • 100 M. Run

WOD: Enduros 4 RFT

  • 3 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 400 M. Run

WOD: Beginners: 12 Minute AMRAP

  • 3 Deadlifts (weight TBD)
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 200 M. Run
