WOD: Tabata Something Else…, 20 seconds on/1o seconds off for 4 minutes each of

- Air Squats
Your score is the combination of the lowest number of reps you get in any one interval of each movement.
Beginners Barbell: Power Cleans, and if you’re feeling comfortable, start to work on squat cleans

- Kettle Bell swings
