Regular Schedule for Tomorrow!

Barbell: 9 Minute EMOM, 

  • 3 x High Hang Squat Snatch at 65% of your 1RM

WOD: Tabata Something Else…, 20 seconds on/1o seconds off for 4 minutes each of

  • Pull ups
  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Air Squats

Your score is the combination of the lowest number of reps you get in any one interval of each movement. 

Beginners Barbell: Power Cleans, and if you’re feeling comfortable, start to work on squat cleans

WOD: Tabata intervals, 3 minutes each of

  • Kettle Bell swings
  • Push ups
  • Sit ups
  • Air squats
