Barbell: 4x the following barbell complex:

  • High Hang Squat Clean
  • Low Hang Squat Clean
  • Squat Clean
  • Shoulder-to-Overhead

Add weight each round and take your time between sets. Do NOT let go of the bar during the complex, or you get a special gift!

WOD: Crossfit Open WOD 11.2, AMRAP in 15 Minutes of

  • 9 Deadlifts (155/105)
  • 12 Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps, (24/20)
