  • 5-4-3-2-1 Bear Complex, increase the load each set. Do not let the bar hit the floor during each set…

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Press
  • Back Squat
  • Press

And our WOD:  16 Minute Death By Box Jumps and Pull ups

This is a 16 Minute EMOM, at the top of every minute, add one rep of each movement, continuing for 16 minutes or until you fall off the clock. Once you do fall off the clock, chose one movement and finish that one out for the remaining time.
