9/30/13 WOD


Strength: Deadlifts, 3×10, at close to 60% of your 1RM.

WOD:  A rare Monday Partner WOD!!! Lucky us!!!

AMRAP in 12 mins of:

  • Run, 200 m
  • Shoulder-to-Overhead, 95/65 lbs

This is a partner WOD! One person runs while the other does max effort shoulder-to-overhead. When the runner returns, that person begins to press. Here is the rub: The barbell cannot touch the ground. If it does, both athletes must do 5 pull ups before they switch rolls…
