deadlift good bad

Strength: Deadlift, 5-5-3-2-5

WOD:  AMRAP in 8 mins of:

  • 5 Push Jerks, 115/75 lbs
  • 10 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75 lbs

 

Also, I apologize for any inconvenience, but there is no Nooner today, 9/24/13.
