  • 3 HSPU
  • 9 Triple Unders

WOD: Beginners, 7 Minute AMRAP of

  • 3 Ground-to-Shoulder (wt. determined by coach)
  • 3 Push Ups
  • 10 Double Unders (Count your attempts)
