An awesome video of the original Coach Glassman on OHS… The people competing are about as different as can be. He is about 6’3 and 200lbs. She’s about 5’2″ and 100lbs soaking wet. The bar is 95 lbs for each of them…

WOD (Crossfit and Enduro): 9 Minute AMRAP of

  • 3 Power Snatches (50% of your OHS weight)
  • 9 Toes-to-bars

WOD (Competitors): 9 Minute AMRAP of

  • 5 Power Snatches (50% OHS weight)
  • 5 Chest-to-toe-to-bar combos
