Strength:  Take @15 minutes to find your 3RM Hang squat snatch.

WOD: 8 Minute AMRAP, with ascending reps by 3s of

  • 3 push jerks (95/65), 3 pull ups
  • 6 push jerks, 6 pull ups
  • 9 push jerks, pull ups,
  • etc…

For competitors, the weights are 135/95, and if you drop the bar, start the set over…
