Squatember starts today!!!

Strength: Back Squats 7-7-5-2-2.  Warm up first, then start out at about 70% of your 1RM for the 7s and build up to @90% for the doubles.

WOD: For time and Reps…

  • Run 1.1 Miles
  • 3 minute AMRAP of Push ups (CF and Enduro) or Burpee Muscle ups (Competitors)
  • Run 1.1 Miles
