WOD: “Cleaning up After Cindy”  As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 1 Power Clean (85% of your final set or whatever weight you used on 6/7/12) and 1 Round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
  • 2 Power Cleans, 2 rounds of Cindy
  • 3 Power Cleans, 3 rounds of Cindy…

Compare to 6/7/12…
