Summer of Strong: Power Clean 3×3

Use the same weight for each set. Rest as needed between sets.  Build up to the weight you finished with on 8/2 and do all 3 sets at that weight.

  • 2 Snatches (70% 1RM)
  • AMRep Double unders

If you are looking to scale up, make it Squat Snatches and Triple Unders…
