I  can’t tell you all enough how each and every one of you have lifted me higher, and I’d be willing to bet that there are time when you have been an inspiration to others here just by being you, without really trying to be inspiring, probably without even really being aware of it.  Take some time this week at the box and thank someone for how they have inspired you!

Back Squat 3×3.  Use the same weight for each set, go heavier than you did on your final set of 5-5-5-5-5 from last week.

WOD: For time…

  • Run 800 Meters
  • 50 KB Snatches (24/16)
  • 25 GHD Sit ups
  • Run 800 Meters
