As good an idea as this seems, we're gonna go ahead and squat while standing on the floor.

As good an idea as this seems…we’re gonna go ahead and squat while standing on the floor.  Super good spotting technique though! (!)

 

Summer of Strong:  Back Squats, 5-5-5-5-5.  Like the last few days, start with several warm up sets, then start off on the lighter side and work up to about 85% of your 1RM for the final set of 5.

 

WOD: Tabata intervals of:

  • Tire Hits
  • Kettlebell Snatch, 16/12 kg
  • Jumping Alternating Lunge
  • Toes-to-bar
