Summer of Strong: Strict Presses 5-5-5-3-3. Each set is heavier, the final set should be close to 80% of your 1RM

WOD: Remember last Tuesday’s chipper? We’re reversing it today.

70 double unders
60 squats
50 pull ups
40 push ups
30 deadlifts (135/95)
20 hollow rocks
10 burpee box jump-overs (24/20)
