Summer of Strong: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5. Increase the weight each set until you’re at a very heavy set of 5 for the final set.

WOD:

AMReps in 12 mins as you can of:

  • Ring Dip
  • 1 Power Snatch, 60% 1RM

Each round you add one Ring dip. So round 1 is 1 dip and 1 snatch, round 2 is 2 dips and 1 snatch, etc… Your score is the total number of ring dips you complete in 12 minutes
