july-4th

There is only one WOD on July 4th at 9:00AM.  Anyone is welcome to attend…

Here’s the WOD:  Team America… For Time in teams of 2:

  • 100 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 15 Muscle-ups
  • 10 Snatches (145/105)
  • 15 Muscle-ups
  • 50 Burpees
  • 100 Wall Balls 20 lbs

As with every WOD, if you currently struggle with some of the movements we will be able to scale it for you…
