WOD:

  • First, 5 minute EMOM of 3 Thrusters (135/95), then rest 3 minutes
  • Then, 3 Minute AMRAP of Power Cleans (135/95), then rest 2 minutes
  • Then… 2 minute AMRAP of Toes-to-bars
