It’s a double humper… That’s not what you were expecting, was it?

It’s hump day!!! And today you have a choice.  You can either do:

  • Isabel: 30 Snatches (135/95)

OR

  • Grace: 30 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

We’re taking a rest day for the summer of strong today and spending a lot of time getting ready for the WOD with mobility work, skill work on the lift you’ll be doing and if you’re really lucky, maybe a little running or rowing thrown in for good measure.
