Summer of Strong: Deadlift 3×5; see 6/4/13 for the weight you should use.

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:

  • 3 Chest To Bar/Toes To Bar Combos
  • 6 Thrusters, 135/95 lbs
  • 36 Double Unders
