Summer of Strong: Push Jerk 3×3

WOD: Transformation Challenge WOD 1 is today!  10 Minute AMRAP of

  • 10 push ups
  • 5 front squats (135/95)

If you are in the Challenge and cannot do the WOD with the Rx’d weight, your score will be reduced by the same percentage of pounds you removed from the Rx’d weight.  So if you are a dude and you do this with 95lbs instead of 135 that is Rx’d your score will be reduced by 30% because you did 30% less weight.
