Happy Hump Day!!!

Our Summer of Strong has a mobility day today! The coaches will help you smash and roll and stretch what ever is stuck and junky.  We’ll spend about 1/2 an hour working on fixing your business…

then the WOD today: “Nasty Girls”

What a blast from the past this video is. These are the original Nasty Girls of Crossfit!

3 Rounds for time:

  • 50 air squats
  • 7 muscle ups
  • 10 hang power cleans (135/95)
