Remember that a little big goes a LONG way…

Strength:

  • 5×5 power clean
  • 5×5 Bench Press

This is NOT a day to go for a 1RM, this is a day to go for a 5RM! The response you get from heavy sets of 5 is very different than what you get from heavy singles, so don’t short change yourself today and try to do both. Do the heavy 5!

WOD: 7 Minute EMOM

  • 10 Kettlebell swings (24/16)
  • AMReps of Double Unders in the remainder of the minute.
