Strength:

  • Every 45 Seconds for 5:15: 2 Power Cleans (use your weight from 5/8 or @60% of your 1RM)
  • Rest 3 Minutes
  • Every 45 Seconds for 5:15: 1 Power Clean, 1 Power Clean and Jerk (Use weight from 5/8 pr @70-75% 1RM)

WOD: 8 Minute AMRAP of

  • 5 KB Snatches (24/16)
  • 1 Rope Climb
