5/9/13 WOD


We’re gonna switch things  up a little bit today and do our WOD first, then the strength set. Please don’t expect your squats to be as good as they were last time.

WOD: 9 Minute Ascending Ladder of Burpees  and Sit Ups

  • start with 1 of each, then 
  • 2 and 2
  • 3 and 3
  • continue the couplet for as many reps as possible for 9 minutes.

Rest until your heart rate is under 200 and you’ve stopped vomiting,  then

Strength: Back Squat  5-5-3-2-5-5-5
