Strength: Squat Snatch; 5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1.  Each set should get a bit heavier, lets try to ring the bell a bunch today!

WOD:  3 rounds for Max reps, with 3 minutes rest in between rounds of:

  • 90 seconds max reps Back Squat (55% 1RM)
  • 90 Seconds Max Reps Strict Chin Up
  • 90 Seconds Max reps hand release push ups.
