Skills: 15 minutes to practice handstands!!! If you currently struggle with handstands, work on that. If HSPU’s are your Achilles’ Heel, guess what?  If you can’t walk more than 3 feet on your hands, I have a suggestion for you!

WOD: 9-15-21 of

  • Thrusters
  • Lateral Burpees
